[Media Coverage] PAINTOMO Featured on NHK’s “Tokoro-san! Jiken Desu Yo”

PAINTOMO, a coating developed using microalgae-derived materials by Musashi Paint, was featured in the NHK General TV program “Tokoro-san! Jiken Desu Yo”, broadcast on May 2, 2026.

The program’s special feature on algae introduced the potential of microalgae and their applications as a next-generation resource.

As one example of the projects conducted under the MATSURI Initiative led by Chitose Laboratory Corp., the program included footage of the coating process using PAINTOMO, a coating currently under development by Musashi Paint.
