Yumiko Fukui, Representative Director of Musashi Paint, appeared on interfm’s radio program “CLUB CEO,” broadcast on March 26, 2023.

“CLUB CEO” is a radio program in which business leaders and members of Generation Z learn about the present and future through dialogue.

In Part 2, broadcast on March 26, 2023, the program introduced Fukui’s views on management and Musashi Paint Group’s approach to organizational development.

Fukui spoke about 5S activities promoted across all Musashi Paint Group sites, initiatives to enhance employee motivation, and views on the Group’s code of conduct.
