【Message from the Managing Director】

Musashi Paint Malaysia was established in 1997 as the first overseas site of the Musashi Paint Group.

My name is Takashi Tobita, and I assumed the role of Site Director in January 2026.

When people hear the name Malaysia, many different images may come to mind. Malaysia is a unique multi-ethnic nation governed under a constitutional monarchy, which is relatively rare even among neighboring countries.

Together with my colleagues at Musashi Paint Malaysia, I look forward to taking on new challenges.

Our goal is not simply to supply coatings, but to become a trusted coating partner for customers who operate globally. Through color, design, and functional coatings, we aim to create added value that expands the possibilities of our customers’ products and brands.

To stand alongside the companies we admire and engage with them as equal partners in discussing the future, we must be willing to change ourselves with strong determination.

At the same time, we must maintain a spirit of bold challenge in everything we do.

Even when facing challenges that may seem difficult for an individual to overcome alone, we believe that by working together as a team, sharing ideas, and supporting each other’s growth, we can overcome obstacles and open new possibilities.
